Elise Brown doing some belly flying at 90% tunnel speed with head down flyers Manuela and Amber. Generally belly flying would be done at speeds of around 63-67 % for pro belly flyers, lower for novice and first time flyers. Sometimes its just fun to mix things up.
** for safety you should not try belly flying at these high speeds it is not recommended nor in the range of general flyers. Always consult your tunnel instructor should you wish to try new flying skills or anything out of the normal.
