Work life balance, juggling a full time job and training as an athlete is complicated. Everyone needs to find their own balance.

I enjoy mixing yoga, climbing, the outdoors and my new focus nutrition and bodybuilding. Everyday life is busy and we often make excuses why we cant do things. Start making reasons why you can and it will change your outlook on life.

4am wake up for Gym training, back home and get ready for work.

Finish work end of day and hit the indoor skydiving freestyle training . Home by 9pm to pickup the shopping and do food prep for the week.

Get those micro naps where you can !

Find the things that let you focus and relax, stay true to your goals. Never let anyone tell you that you cant achieve your goals in life.
